Ossie Sharon, MS, RD, is a clinical dietitian with over 20 years of experience in personalized preventive and interventional health management, research, and program development. She earned her Master’s degree at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, with theses in nutrigenomics/nutrigenetics and treatment algorithms. She has been working internationally to assist adoption of nutrigenomics in clinical practice, including training health care professionals in application of gene-gene interactions.
