I am specialised in the assessment and treatment of a range of adult mental health problems. I am passionate about what I do and I offer a holistic approach using evidence-based treatments including psychotherapy, medication if required and psychoeducation. I work part-time for the NHS and also see clients privately in my private practice in Central London.
I have a biological and cognitive-behavioural approach to mental health and I believe in promoting a healthy style of living, providing psychoeducation as a way to help the person understand and be better able to deal with their psychological, emotional or mental health problems. Although I have extensive experience in psychopharmacology, I usually explore other treatment alternatives such as talking therapy before considering starting a pharmacological treatment.
