Dr Myers trained at the Middlesex Hospital in London qualifying in 1969. Initially undertaking training towards a surgical career. He changed direction in 1972 and became vocationally trained as a General Practitioner at the Whittington Hospital in London. He held a principals’ post in general practice until 1980 when he entered private general practice.
As an NHS General Practitioner, he undertook occupational health work for the local hospitals and was latterly made Senior Occupational Health Physician at the Middlesex Hospital. His particular interests are children and acute medicine. He has, over the last 35 years, built up a considerable private practice and works full time in the Eisman Myers GP Practice based at the Wellington Diagnostics & Outpatients Centre in Golders Green.
