Dahlia Hopmeier is a medical doctor with a scientific background in human genetics. She completed a BSc in Cell Biology and Genetics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver prior to an MSc in Human Molecular Genetics at Imperial College London. She has genetic research experience in various fields including cancer and inflammatory bowel disease, and is a recipient of the Isaac Schapera Research Trust and Dr. Falk Core research awards. Her medical foundation training was undertaken at Guy’s and St.Thomas’ hospitals in central London with an academic attachment in human genomics. She is passionate about bringing the newest advances in genetics to the clinical setting.
