Dr Amarjit Raindi is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and holds a postgraduate diploma in dermatology.
After graduating from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School, he worked as a senior house officer in general medicine and paediatrics before embarking on his GP training. He gained valuable experience in various specialities including obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry and public health medicine.
He currently works as both a NHS GP partner and private GP, giving him a broad general practice experience. He has a keen interest in teaching and is a GP tutor and examiner for medical students at UCL helping train the doctors of the future.
He has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions and has gained extensive on call experience in both the NHS and private sector. He also puts an important emphasis on bespoke health screening & preventative medicine and has an interest in using genetic advances to provide truly personalised care.
Dr Raindi strongly believes in communicating effectively with his patients and actively involving patients in their management plan.
